This sounds delicious!

Four-Cheese Lasagna - America's Test Kitchen (video)

I'm not sure my kids would eat this, but my husband would love it.

The best thing I learned from this video is when you use foil to slow browning of cheese toppings, spray the foil with non-stick cooking sray. DUH! I can't believe this never occured to me. No more pulled off cheese!
